Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
My ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. My return policy allows you 5 days to review your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, I will refund your purchase price (less shipping). To receive a refund, return the piece in its original box to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping. After 5 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. If the piece is not defective in any way a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned pieces. Assuming reasonable treatment and wear a piece may be returned (customer assumes cost of shipping both ways) for repair within 6 months of purchase at no cost. After that time a 10.00 fee will be charged for repair. As the merchandise is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee all beads and stones will be available. We will do our best to find something similar. There are no refunds or exchanges with custom work however I usually send you pictures of the custom piece while it's in process to make sure you're satisfied.
Most orders ship out in 2-4 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within that time, you will receive an email from me. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of payment for delivery during the busy seasons. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, email or letter, it will be dealt with promptly and confidentially.
